Summary

I interviewed stakeholders to uncover how their services aligned with the new brand identity developed to refresh the organization's social media presence. My designs aligned the website's call to action by guiding the user's focus using visual hierarchy, which improved user engagement.

Insight

  • Departments can link their sense of worth to being featured on the home page, and it takes a delicate touch to guide their thinking to focus on what the user is trying to accomplish

Lessons Learned

The value I received from this project was the knowledge obtained through interviewing different stakeholder groups separately. The different perspectives revealed how each group collaborated and how they thought each group contributed. Aligning the various group and their needs and perceptions before redesigning the website clarified the website's purpose and intent to accomplish various business goals.

Further iterations emphasized the viewer's focus and developed content to provide a reason to believe
