Challenge
Improve website design and layout for increased user engagement during the application process
Summary
I researched user and admin task flows to identify obstacles revealing user issues related to the phases of the application evaluation. Eliminating behind-the-scenes restraints and huddles resulted in a digital intake practice with integrated electronic workflows
